Children’s Sunday School

At Olivet, our deepest desire is for each child to develop an ongoing relationship with Lord Jesus. By making weekly worship and Sunday school an ongoing priority, families model the importance of centering their lives around a community of people who love Jesus.  The children’s Sunday school classes all begin together for opening exercises, then teachers take students to the various age-appropriate classes. We use a wonderful curriculum from LifeWay. Weekly lessons include worksheets and activities all focused on a well-planned, year long sequence of Bible stories. We help your children hear God’s word, know God’s word, and go live God’s word by applying these lessons to life. Our classes are organized by birth date and/or grade and new room assignments are made each September, but new students are welcomed year round. As a general rule, classes do not meet in July and August.
